HOW WE HIRE


  • Once you have found a suitable position on our company website, we kindly request that you use the provided form to respond to the job posting. If you can't find a role to suit your profile amongst our current vacancies, we encourage you to submit via a special form on our website directly. Understanding the importance of timely feedback, we aim to respond within 3-7 working days.

  • During this stage, the recruiter engages in conversations with candidates to gain deeper insights into their professional background, assess their motivation, and ensure alignment with our company's culture and values. Following this interview stage, the recruiter makes decisions regarding the candidate's further progression in the selection process.

    • Platform: Google Meet

    • Duration: 1 hour

  • In this interview, our main goal is to find out whether the candidate has critical soft skills, including ownership, strategic planning, vision, motivation for personal and business growth, effective communication and teamwork skills, the ability to resolve conflicts and build positive relationships in the team and across departments. This stage is crucial for us as we highly value these skills and strive to make a team in which communication and cooperation are key to achieving our goals.

    • Platform: Google Meet

    • Duration: 1 hour

  • At this stage, we assess the candidate's technical skills and knowledge relevant to the job requirements. By asking questions and giving practical assignments, we evaluate the candidate's proficiency in software applications, technical tools, problem-solving skills, and ability to apply technical knowledge in practice. Also, the candidate has the opportunity to meet and network with the team and potential future supervisor while our technical experts are on hand to answer any questions about the project, the team, or the technology stack. This stage holds great significance as we endeavor to identify exceptionally skilled professionals whose technical abilities meet our requirements and standards.

    • Platform: Google Meet

    • Duration: 1-1.5 hours

  • While conducting reference checks, we verify the information provided by the candidates in their resumes and during the interviews and gain a deeper understanding of their work ethics, communication skills, and contributions to previous projects. This stage helps us make more informed decisions when selecting candidates.

  • A meeting with the CEO gives candidates a deep understanding of our company, its goals, values, and strategic plans. It also enables candidates to gain insights directly from the senior management and get their vision of the company's long-term goals. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to ask any questions they may have and get straightforward and honest answers. Importantly, this stage also allows the CEO to assess the candidate's fit with the company's culture. The final meeting with the CEO is the pinnacle of our recruitment process and serves as the basis for the decision to make a job offer to the candidate.
