DEV MEETUP

If you've ever rolled your eyes at the idea of knowledge sharing, dismissing it as just another corporate cliché, hold on a sec!

At CM Games, we don't just pay lip service to it – we genuinely see knowledge sharing as a cornerstone of success in our work and development. To underscore our commitment, every quarter we throw a laid-back Dev Meetup. No suits, just code and camaraderie: developers and QAs from various teams come together to deliver presentations, dive into current challenges, and discuss the freshest industry updates.

Sounds lovely, but what about practical points, you might ask. At CM Games, every division has its own squad of developers, each with their unique set of responsibilities and tasks. Thanks to the Dev Meetup, these specialists have the opportunity to spill the tea on their experiences, sharing the nitty-gritty details of the hurdles they've faced while crafting different products (which comes  particularly in handy when the devs want to switch teams).

And the topics can be wildly different! Thus, at the last Dev Meetup our brainiacs dished out insights on Unity vs. Unreal Engine, AI tools for coding magic, cloud-based image generation, and even our very own CM-debugger (yep, it's a thing!).

So tell us, if you were a codehead, would you join such a dev rally?
